*What Am I?* L4D Hunter OC: Devin

This is my Hunter OC that I've created in my reader insert series ~Left 2 Love~ about the reader and Devin's adventures while he turns into a Hunter after a gruesome attack. He was immune to the common infection, but not the special infection. He was attacked at his throat, hence the bandages around his throat.

Now, some backstory xD

Devin is a normal guy who was living life to the fullest. He and his friends were checking off a bucketlist of adventures. But there was one he couldn't seem to check off: Find True Love. Now, with the pandemic, his friends have become infected, leaving him by himself.

After aimless wandering, he finds himself being stalked by a Hunter, as well as a group of survivors. He speaks with them, learns the ways of the Special Infected, and joins the team. However, during a journey through an abandoned town, he finds himself face to face with his first Tank, and his teammates on the other side.

He barely escapes the Tank, but is unable to shake the prowling Hunter. As he finds another survivor, in a safe house, he begs for her help. Just as she opens the door, the Hunter attacks, mutilating his neck and collarbone area. The woman helps heal him, but he continues to feel weird. Is it the infection tainting his body, or is it the woman that stays by his side, affecting his heart?

I might just make a little story of his past before the infection, until the point where he finds the reader.
